1 What happens if my courier parcel weight is above the stated weight?
A.
We will ask you to pay for the difference. We will not dispatch your courier parcel until the payment is cleared.
   
2 What is volumetric weight?
A. Length X width X height /6000= Kg
   
3 What is Actual weight?
A. The weight you see on the weighing scale
   
4 What weight do you consider?
A.
Actual weight and volumetric weight may differ. Charges will be made for the heavier of these weights.
   
5 When will I be charged volumetric weight for the courier parcel?
A.
Sometimes, large items with a light overall weight can be charged according to the space they take up on the vehicle. In these cases, Volumetric Weight is used to calculate the shipment cost for the courier service.
   
6 What happens if I don’t know the exact weight and dimensions of my courier parcel?
A.
We can measure the weight and dimensions of your courier parcel at our ware house but this results in the delay of your courier consignment delivery.
   
7 What is the maximum weight of one item for the courier service?
A.
The maximum weight of any one item cannot exceed 30kgs for the courier parcel, if the parcel weighs more please split it to more parcel items not exceeding 30kgs.
   
8 Who will collect my courier consignment?
A.

Depending on your collection area your courier consignment will be collected by DTDC, Business post or ANC express

   
9 How long will it take you to arrange for the courier collection?
A.
If you book the courier service after 11 AM, it’s going to be next working day. If you book the courier service before 11 AM it’s going to be same working day.
   
10 At what time will the courier collection be arranged?
A.
The courier collection will be any time between 12 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to advice of an exact collection time.

If I missed the courier collection do I need to pay for the courier collection charges again?
A. Yes, you need to pay for the courier collection charges again.
   
12 What happens if I am not available at the time of courier collection?
A.
You can reschedule the courier collection but unfortunately you incur courier collection charges again.
   
13 Will you contact me if my courier collection or courier delivery fails?
A. Yes, we will try to contact you by phone and email if the courier collection or courier delivery fails.
   
14 Does the driver call me if the courier collection fails?
A.
No, drivers don’t carry any mobile phones with them. If you have any special requests for courier collections like you are living in flats, shared office etc. please let us know in advance to have a smooth courier collection.

What compensation do I get if my courier package is not collected on time?
A.
We will try to do our best to make sure the courier consignments are collected on time. But, there will be occasions where we can not collect the courier consignments; in that case we will refund you 50% of courier collection charges.
   
16 Do you only collect boxes?
A.
We can collect boxes, suitcases, letters, jiffy bags and any other items which are not properly packed and easy to carry.
   
17 Which countries does your courier service cover?
A.

Yes, we have implemented an Online Courier Tracking System to provide you with real time status on your courier consignments. We will send you the courier tracking number via email, the next working day after the courier is collected from you.
   
20 Will I have to pay customs charges when I send a courier package?
A.
This depends on the destination and items you send through our courier service. If the items incur customs duty, customs or our clearing agent will contact you directly. If you have any doubts about restricted items please contact us or check the Ban Items page.
   
21 What is customs invoice?
A.
When sending Non-Documents abroad, it is mandatory that you complete Customs Invoice. If you have a printer you can print it or it can be hand written. Please download a copy from …………

22 Can I send copy of invoice to sender?
A.
Yes it’s good to send a copy of the invoice to sender, so they know what your sending if there is any discrepancies you can claim.
   
23 Will customs open my courier consignment?
A. Yes, customs have authority to open the courier consignment.
   
24 I am sending a suitcase, can I lock the suitcase?
A.
No, you are not allowed to lock the suitcase, please be aware that you are not traveling with your luggage so customs or airport security has every right to open the suitcase if they want to do it.
   
25 How much would it cost me to send a courier abroad?
A.
